On Tuesday, Trump’s answer to a query about the Massachusetts city extended to a comparable warning regarding the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.

“In case I thought the city was failing to be prepared properly, I'd relocate it to a different city as needed,” he remarked. “For the Olympics I may have to get a varying approval, but we would proceed.”

Any approval Trump alluded to would have to come from the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
